This is 1 of 2 ATC's for the Graphicus Guild Sept. swap. I used:
Butterfly Bliss CD for the backing paper.
E.I. unmounted stamps from 'Wild Meadow' and 'Diamante Delights' unmounted theme plates.
White opaque pen and black gel pen. Acetate, gold leaf.
